Do You Have Enough Energy?

ENERGY LEADERSHIP
As you think about YOUR GOALS and what you wish to achieve in 2009 consider
what is it that gives some people the energy, motivation and enthusiasm to jump out of bed
and be excited to take on the day, while other people are dragging themselves,
feeling tired, exhausted, stressed and overwhelmed?

It is the difference in their ARL - Average Resonating Levels. 

Everyone has ups and downs. We are emotional beings and each emotion we experience
has a certain frequency, vibration or resonance attached to it. 

The average of all the emotions we experience;
the happy and sad,
the courage and fear,
the optimism and pessimism
will give us an overall frequency or resonance
and people are often described by their levels of energy.

Can you think of a person with a happy, welcoming disposition
compared to a sullen, depressed person?

What is the difference in each persons’ “vibes?”

There are 7 categories or levels of energy that can describe the thoughts we think
and the feelings we have.  Our levels of consciousness, our self awareness
or our philosophy in life will be reflected somewhere with in the 7 levels of energy.

A higher ARL will be an indicator of someone who is happier and more successful in life
than someone with a lower ARL.

The people with higher ARL’s may not be any luckier than the people with the lower ARL’s
but they do approach things with a more optimistic view and often a more purposeful action plan.

Abi Achieves her business dreams

Hi Barbara,

I just wanted to thank you and let you know that so many of the things on my Treasure map have come true! I am still dating that guy that I met on the internet, over a year ago, and I have just bought a bakery and am working on transforming it, and my boyfriend is just as excited about it as I am , and has been helping and supporting me in this endeavor. Of course I am super busy and working a crazy lot, but I am enjoying it and I give thanks to my good fortune and to you, (and everyone else who has been there) for helping me to get here. Just wanted to let you know.
