What you put on your Board is almost
as important as what you do to attract it!
If you want to attract your dreams quickly, practice these Law of Attraction,
Mind Power and Energy techniques listed below, for a minimum of 30-90 days:
Celebrate: Look at your Vision Board and celebrate it! Dance, jump around - do whatever you usually do to celebrate.
2) Gratitude: Imagine it is already part of your reality - Say and feel the words Thank you and exhale, relax, feel the relief!
3) Visualize: Make a mind-movie in full color and action. Employ all senses;vision, hearing, feelings, smells and tastes, use your powerful imagination, the sub-conscious mind doesn’t know the difference.
4) Contemplate: Sit quietly, appreciate it. Feel the satisfaction, joy, peace and wonderment as if this vision was true for you right now, release a sigh, tension is dissolved.
5) Create: Ask open ended empowering questions - If you feel resistance, doubts, fears - ask: “What would it (my life) be like if this goal really did happen for me?”
This allows the mind to relax and daydream, it stops the negative mind-chatter and releases the tension around the goal.
6) Use a Positive Affirmation:
This or something better manifests for me now, for the highest good of all concerned, easily, happily and harmoniously. Thank you. Universe (Source energy,God).
7) Have FUN!!! Make your Vision Board beautiful and experience complete joy and satisfaction while you create it, then consciously have fun 3 times every day.
