Vision Boards, energy and getting what you want

Energy levels rise and fall…

Do you find… one day you are on top of the world feeling blissful and

then you hear some bad news and suddenly feel down in the dumps?

It’s normal. We are emotional beings with all ranges of emotions.

We have compassion for others and we feel happy or sad when

various life’s events occur.

How dull life would be with out these variations. Life is about contrast.

There is an old saying…

“ How would you know Happiness if you never felt sadness?”

I am sure you have heard many of these.

The trick is to allow the emotional swings without dwelling on the negative.

It is the worry, fear, guilt and remorse that grab us and take us spiraling

down into the abyss.

Many people think that in order to achieve their goals and dreams they have to

remain upbeat, happy, positive and impervious to emotions.

But I am here to tell you that when you practice your Mind Powers

either using a 30 Day Accelerator or some other form of journal discipline

and work with your Vision Boards consistently and regularly even

with the mood swings and reactions to life’s good and bad news…

YOU CAN STILL GET WHAT YOU WANT!

It is about discipline and developing habits:

What you do consistently, daily and regularly is what

will bring you your reality.

Yes, things that you want, will speed up when you stay in an anabolic

(positively focused) frame of mind.

But you would have to be a robot to not feel a little sadness when

you hear about sad events and people’s misfortunes and suffering.

To help yours and there energy levels

when bad things happen asking questions like:

“What is the benefit"

“What is the opportunity"

"If possible, is there anything positive about this event"

"What good could come from this situation"

There are always at least 2 sides to every situation

and we always have choices to grow toward our true and highest good.

I know that even though energy levels drop,

if you stay focused on what you want doing your daily practices,

imagining and celebrating the end result,

your reality will work out, if not better than you expect

certainly as good as you expect.

Yes! Awesome idea. I made TWO smaller (more manageable!) vision boards – one for my office and one for home. I found that using more pictures and less words worked the best for me. I’m also going to try to ‘change the landscape’ of the boards from time-to-time to keep them fresh.

For extra inspiration I went for some good-looking cork boards with custom frames on them. FWIW, I picked them out online at http://www.wholesalecustomframe.com/ . I’m sure there are other places as well, but this place was pretty cheap.
